Hisham Sobhy

As Vice President of Corporate Development Mr. Sobhy is responsible for fundraising from venture capital firms, strengthening relationships with strategic partners, affiliate management and developing new business models for VIP Tone. Mr. Sobhy is a 12-year veteran of Wall Street holding numerous senior level positions in the investment community. He is currently the Director of Investment Banking at Legend Securities in New York City. Mr.Sobhy has participated in numerous transactions over his career that in aggregate exceed $1 Billion.

His background includes investment analysis, valuation capital structure, business focus, and market growth. An expert in creating a sound business model and a process of implementation in different industries, his past projects include seeing through seed investments, private placement bridge financing, and initial public offerings. In addition, he has assisted and contributed to merger and acquisition transactions for some major US & international companies.

Mr. Sobhy also served as an advisor for several institutions, funds and private companies. Mr. Sobhy earned an M.B.A. in Management & Finance from AU Berkeley, California and received his B.S. in engineering from Cairo University. In addition, he has certificates on executive training from Harvard School of Business Executive training program.
