With over 20 years of professional experience in helping businesses launch, grow and lead, Joseph is passionate about transforming great business ideas into sustainable, viable businesses. Joseph was a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the National Teacher Education Center Inc., a market leader in innovative teacher preparation program delivery. Joseph and helped NTEC, expand beyond geographic and program market limitations, grow to new heights. Joseph also served as the Vice President of Operations for Virtual Learning Systems, LLC, producers of adaptive learning solutions in middle school science.

Joseph provides strategic planning and pragmatic, cost effective solutions to launch, operational and growth challenges. Joseph has extensive experience in proprietary education in the K-12 and post-secondary sectors, on line educational marketing, green energy and commercial construction. Joseph provides expertise in strategic market penetration, brand equity development, achieving operational efficiency, fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance and revenue growth.

Joseph received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University and a J.D. from Duquesne University Law School. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
